At Forever Beautiful, we are committed to providing our clients with quality services and the best care. We want each client to feel comfortable and unlock their beauty once they step into our spa. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy.

• No Refunds After Service Completion
  • Once a service is completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Our commitment is to provide excellent service and care during your visit.

• Dissatisfaction with Service
  • If you are not satisfied with your service, we offer the following options:
  – Spa Credit: You may receive a spa credit for future services.
  – Service Correction: We will be happy to fix any issues related to your permanent makeup needs.

• Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • We maintain a professional and safe environment. We do not take any clients that are under the influence of drugs or alcohol in our spa during the time of their appointment/services.
  • If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
